Prerequsites for CTI Integration with Salesforce
1. Install Oracle Virtual Box in your machine .
2. Downloading and installing AsteriskNOW-3.0.0-i386-DVD(436 MB) machine on Oracle Virtual box.
3. Configuring Asterisk server to accept SIP protocols.
4. Install Camrivox Flexor and X-lite softphone.
